Too small even though my measurements matched the size chart I will buy a size up though because it seems to be an excellent brace, better that the several others I have tried I give it 4 stars because of the sizing.

This brace (my first one was given to me by my physician) has kept me employed and from needing surgery. I have just ordered a second one today to keep at work so I have one at home and one at work. Pros: this brace held my thumb in the most natural position, compared to other braces I tried . Others held my thumb off to the side and made it more painful. This provided more wrist support than others due to the two metal support rods (removable).Cons: The metal rod that runs alongside the thumb was painful due to the way it's bent.
