It has made life a lot cleaner. I had all of our homemade syrups in cans. There were always drops. Now when I open a can, I immediately put it in this wonderful dispenser. It stays fresh because it seals well.

We were constantly changing our honey bottle. We buy honey by the local 1/2 gallon at a time. This bottle makes honey easy to extract, less mess and in cold weather you can put it in a bowl of warm water so it flows more freely.

I ordered such myself after seeing enough reviews. They are NOT made in the USA like some reviews claim. They lick as others have noted. We need to wipe the rim of the glass after each use so the drops don't form maple syrup rings on the shelf in the fridge. It's such a simple design that unfortunately wasn't copied well when they were made. They serve a purpose and only wish they served better maple syrup.

Nice and heavy. Good quality. I haven't had any sealing or rusting issues like some here, I've had them for over a month now and have washed them several times. I tend to hand wash tops and dry them immediately, then air dry before use. Maybe it's important. Although it makes sense to me with something metallic. How we handled baking sheets when we didn't want them to rust.

These syrup dispensers worked perfectly and did not leak. I read several reviews about silver cap corrosion. I haven't had this problem, but I don't keep honey or syrup in dispensers for long. I only use dispensers when I'm entertaining guests or hosting events. They are sturdy, stylish and typical of every restaurant. Panel stickers on the front to identify different syrups are easily removable from the glass jar and complement the dispenser.

They were good for a while then started falling apart for a couple of weeks . The inner ring that holds the lid fell apart and the fragments remained in the syrup. Then after a few days the edge of the glass started to break off. I hand washed them so the dishwasher couldn't damage them and never put them in the microwave despite my warnings, they fell apart after less than a month of use.
