I was looking for a cable that could meet many needs. 4K UHD or more, fast data transfer, fast charging and Lightning. It does this and more. I wanted to use the cable with both my Thunderbolt laptop and my USB-C Samsung S9 and S10. I was also able to charge my laptop via the power bank. It does the job well! Good value for money on delivery, instructions and cable itself.

This cable seemed to work fine but after 2.5 months it decided to stop working while using my MacBook Pro (13 inch , 2018). When I check the charging status in System Preferences it shows no charging and when I replace it with another Thunderbolt 3 cable charging works fine. I bought this cable to connect to my MacBook Pro Dock. The cable that came with the docking station was too short for my purposes. This cable is long enough to use the Thunderbolt 3 ports on the opposite side of the laptop. There were no issues with the cable, it supports both video and USB-C capabilities of the docking station. This cable had an excellent length to speed ratio (40 GHz).

I bought this to replace the USB-C cable that came with my Dell U3818DW. I've seen peripherals lose connection, power surges, and the display port signal doesn't register on my MacBook Pro. As soon as I replaced the factory cable with this one, everything "just worked" again immediately. Purchased to replace a broken cable by purchasing a multifunction hub/dongle separately. This cable worked as advertised and can be used for both power and data. I'm not a techie - transferring data to an external SSD (photos and videos) is very fast. What a phenomenal cable! This cable has surpassed my original Samsung cable in quality and durability.
