Good looking set of Black Door Handle Set of 5

With my aging parents getting arthritis in their wrist and hands, the doors in our house which has the door knobs becomes harder for them to open. And with my toddler already knowing how to open doors by twisting the door knobs, there was no longer any reason to keep those round door knobs.Moreover, these door lever type of handles are much easier to open when you have hands full of laundry/stuff.It took me less than 10mins to upgrade each door knob to this door lever. Looks nice, tricky non-standard install

The door level looks great. It has a nice matte black finish and clean geometry. The build quality seems good with heavy hardware. The only odd thing with the material is why the turning lock is plastic - seemed odd given everything else is metal.Now the install, it was a pain! We tried this in 2 different doors in 2 different apartments so we know this is a non-standard install. If you are replacing existing hardware, then expect to do some work.We've swapped out door knobs several times…

Super easy installation!

I am pretty sure when placing this order that I requested knobs with locks but received no lock knobs. These knobs were super easy to install. The parts fit perfectly into the pre-drilled holes in the door frame and the door. All the parts needed come in the box, the instructions are super easy to understand, and installation was quick, less than 20 minutes per door.The handle extends several inches out making it easy to grab and open the door. The latch does not get stuck when closing the door

Good overall best in my review

I believe the rigidity of the handles and latch assembly to be very good. Installs easily in the door. In addition, the handles are made of a fairly dense metal, so they are quite heavy compared to a standard knob. My only knocks are:1. The center of the handle assemblies are not painted black, but left chrome, so it looks incomplete.2. The striker plate is made of very thin metal and did not fit my door jamb, so I opted to use the brass one and paint it matte black.

Unlock slot on outside doesn’t work

Was happy with the handle when first installed. After a couple weeks we had a child lock and shut the door from the outside, and discovered the unlock slot on the outside did not work. We had to pry the door open to get back into the room. Didn’t save the box so we can’t return.

Great modern feel to this sturdy door handle

Looking to update our 1950s home and give it a more modern feel. Love the squared off handle to these, as opposed to the usual swirl design these handles usually have. This is a solid door handle. Great size. Really nice look & feel. Highly recommend.

Handle a bit loose in my review

Sleek appearance, quite heavy as advertised and looks quite sturdy.A complaint I have is when I lock from inside, the handle feels a bit shaky. Makes me wonder if it will get loose further over time.

Nice handles. good for me

Easy to install. We have an older house and had to break out the hole saw. They seem petty sturdy and durable. Nice set The dummy version may be mistaken for a functional door handle.
