Color strength: my feedback

I used approximately 1/3 of the concentrated colors on these 100% cotton bags (the straps are nylon and were pre-colored). The dye sat on the fabric for 24 hours, and certainly worked, but I feel like I should have used more of the powder in my mix. The colors did fade after washing. If you are looking for brighter colors, you may have to use most of the powder provided.The instructions say to wash the fabrics prior to trying to dye them. If you're doing canvas bags like I was, I'd recommend…

Colors aren't very bright and they fade after washing

Colors aren't nearly as bright and vibrant as other brands I have used and what color was there faded quite a bit after the first wash.

My favorite! for my opinion

Nice and vibrant colors! I was able to tie dye 6 adult small tshirts and 5 child tshirts and I still have a little left! Arts, Crafts & Sewing.

Okay, better than Tulip - Revised review: will not buy/use again

No contents listed on the dye containers (there was some power in the dyes that looked like pepper and silver flakes) so no clue what's in the bottle (is there soda ash in there?). There's no info as to proportion of dye to water for mixing purposes. I used these for an ice dye, the powder came out of the bottles in clumps and didn't spread well on the damp t-shirt. It started separating almost immediately but the project has been sealed for the next 48 hours so I won't know more until next…

Good color, SMALL bottles

Love tie dying so I saw this and needed to try it out. You do need your own small measuring spoon, I reused bottles I had four sets I had done before and it worked really well.
