Upgraded RAM and found I can upgrade it to 32GB. I wanted to start with 16GB and see how it goes. Most of them were much more expensive or second hand. It was new and the price of a used one is so high. Works like a charm, no complaints.

Arrived on time and as soon as it arrived I put it in my wife's laptop. Booted right away with no errors and is still working. But I would buy it again if I needed something like this. No problems so far, update if available.

I upgraded the factory installed single 4GB RAM in my Dell Inspiron 13 5368 2-in-1. Installation was easy. Simply unscrew the 9 small screws on the bottom of the laptop, remove the cover and replace the memory chips.

Bought to upgrade my LENOVO FLEX 4 14 - 80SA0000US which only had 4GB RAM and now flies when in use. This easily added two more years of life to him. I modified it myself because I have some technical knowledge and it was very easy, but I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself if you haven't already done so, especially if your laptop is still under warranty.
