Everything about this toy is great EXCEPT they won't stay afloat. Eventually the water seeps in and they drown. I don't like bath toys where water gets stuck inside and mold/bacteria can grow. Not sure. In addition, constant winding disturbs the fun of the game.

These bath toys are great out of the bath too! They hover, swim/row when you wind up and then up! I'm not worried about them falling apart as they are very durable and have been dropped many times. They will make a great gift for a toddler/toddler.

These are great little toys. My 2 year old can twist handles but not great which makes these toys even better as they do little to develop those important hand and finger muscles. They don't look or feel too cheap either, and clockwork has definitely evolved since the swim toys of the 80's and 90's.

My one year old grandson giggles all the time when he joins him in the bath. He picks it up when he reaches it (in the middle of the tub). Before he finishes running and gets lightly spattered by the spinning legs and laughs again! He takes his head and knows how to maneuver his hand so as not to block the movement of his legs. It's very well made and so fortunate that it moves easily through the water and can cover a decent distance before needing to be wound up again.

These little turtles are super cute and fast! I was surprised at how quickly they came loose when you opened them. They are very stable and seem to have a drainage hole in the mouth area. They scared my son the first time I used them. He hadn't expected it to swim towards him so quickly. When you wind them up, they will hover for about 7-9 seconds. Longer than I thought. If I were picky, I would say that the wind-up mechanism is uncomfortable and hurts your fingers with prolonged use. If they…

I wanted my baby's bath time to be more fun. He has a love-hate relationship with baths and I thought a few bath toys might encourage him to spend a little more time cleaning the tub. I noticed him playing with our giant shampoo and conditioner bottles and wished he had interactive toys instead. Suffice it to say that toddlers are usually more interested in playing with the box their toy comes in than the toy itself, but I really enjoyed these little turtles! They are so cute and spin very well
