Broke after 3 days. The metal and lever collapsed. The metal is brittle. The handle fell off. Do not buy! waste of time and effort.

Love that it's metal. I like that it came quickly. The next day. The next day. Old hands sometimes don't cooperate. It has a little play, but it does its job well and I don't have to lift the tank's lid and manually pull the valve. This water is cold! lasts, but if it lasts longer than me I'll go with it, and if it doesn't I can at least put another one in. It's always nice to learn something new. Good price for a first try.

It might seem silly to blush a toilet handle with wax, but this is a real gem! If you're concerned about leaking toilets and/or protruding handles, this is the solution. I bought four of these and installed them at home; all problems are solved. The ingenious thing about the construction is the "decoupling" in the handle. I have no idea why this product isn't given a 1 star overall rating. The hand consists of a metal pot covered with copper or bronze. When bent just 2 degrees with bare hands, it broke in 2 places with less than a pound of force at the tip. This means that the force of lifting the piston will also break it after a very short time, if not immediately after installation.
