Worked perfectly. Easy to use

I was hesitant at first. But it worked great. Tip for some, make sure you "warm up" the engine first. Run for about 3-4 minutes to warm up the oil to make it flow/flow smooth and easy.

My mechanic loves it

I bought it to change the oil on my boat. Before I could use it the boat had to be taken in for repairs (water in oil). My mechanic had an expensive pump that couldn't pump out the oil/water mixture. I brought him this pump and he loved it. He keeps it and I buy another one for myself.

Totally impressed! good for engine parts

Im impressed with this pump! I bought it to change the oil on my boat but haven't been able to use it for that yet. Today I decided to change the oil in my car and diesel truck. Worked perfectly for both! I even pulled the drain plug on my truck to make sure everything went in and only a few drops came out! As long as it lasts a few more oil changes I won't give it 5 stars!

Super easy to use. for engines and engine parts

This is an amazing little pump. I've tried a few over the years and they just don't work or don't fit in the dipstick tube. I used this earlier today to change the oil on my 2013 Mercedes S550. Submerge one hose in a 5 gallon bucket and the other in the dipstick tube. When I changed the filter all the oil was drained. No more fumbling to get under the car or jack it up. All in all it took me about 20 minutes to change the oil.

Good pump, needs some improvement

This pump does a good job and saves me a lot of hassle with oil and transmission oil changes. This makes the process pretty hands-free outside of the oil filter. However, some things need improvement. First, I think the switch should be reversible so you can keep the hoses on without much hassle or mess. Second, it would be nice to have or be able to purchase 2 sets of bulbs in the kit. Otherwise, I've liked the pump so far and plan to use it for a long time.

Better than expected. Oil change procedure changed.

I had my doubts about this baby. They were easy to put down. Servicing the 5.7-liter four-winner through a standard small dipstick was easy and flowed at a decent rate. About 4 minutes. It was so easy that I will drain the oil from the car before putting it in the oil pan with this device. I think it will take a while if the oil is drained and the hoses are routed properly with no kinks every time. The time will show. I'm glad I bought this. It was a big surprise how well/easily it worked. hp…

The best possible buy for the price.

I appreciate all feedback, both positive and negative. The two issues I read about were that the cord is too short and the tubing that goes to the drip is also short. I am changing the oil in a Yanmar 2GM20F 2 cylinder diesel so the hose is fine. After reading the reviews I realized I would have to lengthen the power cord. Considering the distance to the battery is 12 feet, I knew that would be the case with every pump I bought. Remember that the oil MUST be warm before attempting to pump it…
