Innovative Tormek SE-77 Square Edge Jig: Perfect for Sharpening Wood Chisels and Plane Blades/Irons Review

This lamp is absolutely fantastic! The casting is very strong, holds chisels and planes very firmly and is essential for use with Tormek or similar types of wet slow grinders. Tormek faucets have always been very good, but I can't imagine changing anything about this one. This is the winner.

This is a touchy subject, but for good reason. At the other end are two adjustment knobs that allow you to fine tune the squareness with which your chisel etc. is held in the tool. They also allow for a small crown to be machined at the tip of the tool if both are loosened a little (some planer users prefer this). In general I gave this device 2 points. It gets an extra star, it's just that it was head and shoulders ahead of the original.
