The markings, both standard and metric, can be a bit difficult to read in low light but are well engraved on the barrel. This is a heavy duty torque wrench, adjustable from 44.25 to 250.77 ft-lbs. The tool offers markings in metric and imperial, but mostly metric, so you'll end up with a lot of fractions on the imperial (US) side. That's my only complaint, but it's no big deal.
