How convenient that you can order a replacement filter from Revain Prime. Exactly what I needed after replacing the lightbulb. Works perfectly. 👍🏼

Cleaning once a month

Ridiculously expensive. My first filter didn't even last a year as described when buying an air purifier. Be sure to vacuum it often, maybe it will last a year as it is supposed to. But considering it's 10-12+ months it's not that bad for the cost. The air purifier works well, it comes in.

not the same size as the original filter

The original filter is slightly larger; and sits much tighter. Also the quality is not quite the same. The product comes in a HoMedics box. However, the product is actually sold by a third party (Wakesells) that is not mentioned on the website. Next time I will go to the HoMedics website and make the following purchases.

HEPA type is deceptive marketing. Either it's HEPA or you don't mention HEPA in the description.

Yes, I really have nothing more to say. I'm tired of watering down what every word means these days. Either it's HEPA or you don't mention HEPA in the description. is the norm. If you cannot meet the standard, it is NOT a HEPA type because you cannot meet the standard. This is how norms work.

Great filter, not that expensive. Almost the price of a new system!

Excellent filter as the replacement shows. The old one that had served for almost a year was pretty dirty with dirt, dust etc. The ONLY downside is the cost. I think he kept the house in good condition during the quarantine and his benefit was that you could add scent to help de-air. We used thieves like we did during the plague. There are no patients in this house. Many Thanks.

Homedics Room Air Purifier Replacement Filter

This is a great room air filter that removes a large amount of dirt from the air in our home! I bought this device hoping it will help reduce the amount of virus in our home maybe even covid19 because of the UV sterilizer built into the device. We like to have a spare filter on hand when it comes time to change the device's filter. This is an OEM filter for our device.

Filters last twice as long as advertised

The description says the filter is to be changed every 12 months but the filter change light went on my car at 5 months and the car I bought for mine bought after 6 months to mom. . I vacuumed the filters, reset the warning light and after 2 weeks the filter change light came on on both machines so I had to buy 2 more filters. I bought the car based on the description that the filters last 12 months. Too expensive filters for 5-6 months use.
