Great for keeping in touch with our customers and colleagues!

The ability to keep in touch with customers through social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter has been very helpful in keeping our business relationships open and strong. It also allows us to communicate important information about upcoming events or promotions without having to send out emails which can be overlooked by employees who are not constantly checking their email accounts. I have no dislikes at this time. We use it mainly for communication but we also utilize some other…

Touch World - Easy User Friendly Interface

I like how easy it was to use. There wasn't much that needed to be explained or taught in order for me to learn quickly enough to get us off to a good start. The only thing that took some time for me to figure out was using the dashboard. It's not very user friendly at first glance but I eventually got used to it. If you are looking for something simple and don't need any complex functionality this will do just fine. You won't go wrong with this product. We're able to track all our work orders…

Excellent Customer Service & Knowledgeable Engineers

I really enjoy working with this team because they are very knowledgeable about different functions that allow them to solve complex issues quickly without having to spend money or time solving problems by hiring other people who will be expensive. They have made our office run smoothly through their efficiency in tasks completion times. There's not much dislike at all since everyone gets along quite nice together!
