Juicer & Slicer

I bought a small box of kiwifruit to try this. I've found that if your kiwi is firm at all, it will release a lot of juice (which is probably not your intention). I love how he cuts half a kiwi into 4 pieces, but I don't like the juice mess. . I'll stick with the paring knife method. However, I should try again when the fruit is very soft.

Only suitable for large, soft kiwis

The blade is too big for most kiwis and will eventually tear open on the side preventing the fruit from curling. Also, the wires are very large, which means you have to use some force to hold the fruit while spinning. This makes it easier to cut the peel and shred the fruit and just end up leaving a mess when you're done.

No wasted fruit! suitable for graters, peelers and slicers

I usually avoid using kitchen tools but it's worth it! So easy to use and no more wasting fruit trying to peel off the skin. Since it is not sharp, it is also good for little helpers in the kitchen. My only complaint is that the pieces are large for small children so you may have to cut them smaller later to get them to size. But it just depends on who eats the fruit.

The inventor deserves to be a millionaire!

My kid loves kiwis but I hate peeling them! Most of the time they end up rotten because I just don't feel like cleaning them. I saw this online and decided to give it a try. Sometimes gadgets work, sometimes they don't. I am completely shocked! This thing is amazing! It just WORKS. It cleans and cuts kiwis perfectly at the same time. Highly recommended! Very easy to use. Simply cut a kiwi in half, insert and flip to enjoy a perfectly peeled and sliced kiwi. I love you kiwi tool inventor!
