Installation took about an hour from start to finish. Very easy to follow instructions and goes perfectly with my Sienna.

Fairly easy installation (hardest part was running the power cable to the battery) and appears to be working well after a month of use. It's also helpful to have a trim removal tool, but you can get by with a flathead screwdriver, although I wouldn't recommend it. It is helpful to watch the installation video of this device and application online.

This is a good product and you can find videos online showing the installation step by step. I would like them to pack some extra connectors as they are easily damaged when trying to connect to the wires. In general, it was an easy task, it took maybe two and a half hours, but I was alone and in no hurry. Definitely worth buying.

As I said, all parts were present and the build quality is very good. One area that was really missing was the instructions. Without the YouTube video I would have spent a lot more time installing it. I had to contact tech support for help and the number on the box label was very small and incomprehensible. The supervisors were very nice and patient. After the installation everything worked fine. All in all it took me about 2 hours to install.

For 2012 Sienna XLE. Easily connects to taillights with built-in adapters. I connected the rear 12v auxiliary port for power instead of running a wire to the battery. Common sense should be used when using the connector in addition to the trailer lights. This doesn't offer trailer brakes/lights when the vehicle is off, but I only tow a jet ski so the time saving was worth it. The instructions could be a bit more detailed for those wanting to route the cable to the battery.

Wiring harness works great and is a true plug and play setup. The assembly of the rear wiring harness plugs is very simple. This requires a power cable to be routed from the back of the car to the battery in the front. This power cord can be difficult (and potentially dangerous) to work with unless you are familiar with automated wiring techniques. IMPORTANT! I used another review but I like the video at [.] to help you through the process. I didn't find this pre-installation video and wish I could find it, but I was able to find out for myself. However, I used the power wire that goes to the 12 volt power box in the back of the van to power the wiring harness, not the extra 12 volt wire from the battery.
