Bad buy - seemed like a good deal - but failed

Bought specifically for my son who goes back to school this week but after about a day of use there was a tear on the hanging tab. I started sewing it, but then I noticed another tear in the top seam, about an inch long. Then we noticed other reviews - same problems. It was a poorly made item. He will be returned.

Cheap isn't the best

You really do get what you pay for and while it's cheap you're better off paying for something that will last longer. The zipper on the front pocket broke after 2 weeks and now the front pocket just hangs open and cannot be used. I had to send it back but didn't want to deal with the hassle. Also note that there are no side pockets for water bottles. It looks like the picture.

  • Good thing

  • May I add

No backpack. More plastic bag!

Utter and total shame! Backpacks are designed to hold a few books and school supplies like a lunch box, pencils, crayons, etc. This pathetic excuse for a backpack proved useless, however, when a serious hole formed on the rim a few days after use. so that even an experienced seamstress could not fix it. And it wasn't long after he was filled with toys before he even got a chance to hold something heavy like books! No, it would be very wrong to recommend this to anyone.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Minor troubles

Inexpensive lightweight backpack that lasted a year

For a small child (4-5 years old) who doesn't have many things (just a bottle of water, lunch, jackets etc) this is a nice one lightweight backpack that lasted exactly 1 year before falling apart (the zippers still work great but one seam started to unravel and unravel and the inner lining started to peel). Excellent value for money as it costs less than $9. I wouldn't recommend it for big kids who need to carry heavy things (books etc). The 15 inch size and what I find to be the light material

Pros
  • Has something
Cons
  • sad packaging
