Great service as always! The trainer was very knowledgeable about my injuries. I had never heard of him but he gave me great suggestions on exercises to do at home. He also has some helpful videos that were easy to follow. At first it made me think that this is too expensive for what you get but then I realized how much I got out of it so I'm glad I kept going back. I highly recommend. I think the biggest problem with this company is that they're selling a bunch of stuff that they're not actually qualified to sell. The products they are promoting have absolutely no scientific backing whatsoever. Most of their testimonials come from completely untrained amateurs who are just flat out lying about their results.
