I got SUCH and amazing deal during the holiday on these that I purchased 2! And I’m so glad I did! My husband LOOOOVVEEESSS them! It comes with a cool poster that has pictures of different workouts you can do with the dumbbell. It’s very easy to adjust the weight. Just twist, CLICK, then lift! Great for home gyms or if you just want to get a quick workout in without actually having to pay for a gym membership! I and my husband are SUPER pleased with this product!

I got a pair of these at a pretty high discount, but overall, I think they are probably worth the money. They seem quote solid and well made. Zero weights is 11 lbs and as you add, they go 22, 33, 44 or 55. I thought it was strange they didn't just make it 10/20/30/40/50, but they work well.

Love my new adjustable dumbbell. I’ve been looking for one for over a year to workout at home. This one is perfect for my workout needs and so much easier to adjust than some other ones I’ve looked at and at a much better price.

These didn't work, we returned them right away. My son-in-law is an avid weight lifter, these were supposed to allow him to work out at home. But they just didn't work.
