Great Company and Excellent Service, Highly Recommend

I love that they are constantly improving their product! The customer service team at treezo never fails to make me feel like my business matters mean something when it comes down t them helping us out with problems or questions about our account/platform etc.. If you have any issues contact support right away because if your issue isn't resolved within 24 hours then its probably not going ot be fixed anytime soon (at least thats been how i've found so far). Customer satisfaction has always had

  • Great quality control constant improvements made by amazing engineers every 6 weeks.
  • Constant development efforts put forth into both software features, stability tests / monitoring tools..etc..and user interface design updates for each new version release we get monthly)
  • Very fast response times once there's an escalation in terms where customers aren’t getting quick assistance via phone call

Treez app made my day and is easily worth its weight in gold

We have been using treeZ since they were first starting out as it was one of our top 3 preferred applications to use when looking at other platforms such as medbox or any others that are currently available today! They make things very easy with their platform by allowing us access from anywhere which makes managing inventory much easier than before where you had all your data stored locally only accessible via physical visits into each dispensary location!! Honestly not anything I dislike but…
