This is my third order of Vulkem sealant. The first arrived undamaged in the well-known Prime Box packaging. The 2nd and 3rd orders arrived in a paper envelope (2nd) and a plastic envelope (3rd). Both later deliveries had damaged tube ends as shown in the picture above. One seemed unusable and went back. I had to pay a 10% price increase for a replacement tube which also arrived damaged but still usable (plastic mailing envelope). I don't know who in Quality Assurance decided that cheaper…
