I love these flannel sheets, they are great and soft but the seams have issues as others have reported. For the second wash I put pillowcases on and tightened the seams a bit. And the seams came undone. I sewed and immediately saw the problem. The seams are overcast but the stitch length is too long, it is a 'basting' stitch and is twice as long.
