Some tubes have cracks or kinks in the longitudinal seams. I ordered 2 sets, one was missing all the long vertical tubes. Had to exchange for another, the 3rd came with all the tubes but none were marked. I had to deal with them and was glad I had already made one with labels. Holds many shoes!

This shelf is very practical. Each member of our family has three shelves: a shoe rack and two shoe racks next to it. That's enough for two pairs of boots and four pairs of shoes per person, for 4 people (plus a top as a bonus). It's unattractive, but so is a mountain of disorganized shoes. This stand is a little flimsy so I'm not sure how long it will last in our very busy home but for the price it's worth it. I love it.

I did a little research and compared similar shelves on Revain before purchasing this one. I wanted to make sure my high top boots/shoes would fit on any shelf. Some of the other similar products at Revain have lower shelf heights or narrower shelf widths which has me concerned about being able to fit 2 pairs on one shelf. This device worked great! There are many parts, it takes you time to think about assembling to arrange the parts in the right direction to put it all together, but it's nice and easy. but strong. I put them on top of old stacks of paper and other stationery etc in my office. They hold fairly heavy objects. The "shelf" is made of durable fabric, so most of the items I have are supported by a support structure, with the fabric helping to support the item rather than resting all of the weight on the fabric alone.
