Description of TRIM Cutting Grinding C115 Synthetic

Compatible with a very wide range of materials including cast iron, steels, plastics, and composites. Does an excellent job in most glass, ceramic, and composite grinding applications. Excellent corrosion inhibition on most common ferrous and nonferrous alloys. Extremely low carry off keeps operating costs down. Low foam and mist.

Soggy Performance and Costly

This cutting tool coolant was a disappointment. It hardly improved the cutting process and left a wet, messy residue on the workpiece. The only positive aspect was its decent lubrication. The downside being it comes at a high cost, making it hard for small industrial and scientific shops on a budget.

Delivery Problem with product packaging

So far the product is fine. Please note the gallon size is a thin plastic jug and the lid is not very good. The gallons I received had one of the two caps loose and leaking. Lost about a pint from one of the jugs, the box got wet and Fedex found damage. Not enough to get a refund, but the lids need to be checked for leaks and taped shut.
