I like that we can pull in our CRM, ERP, or other systems into one platform for easy access of past campaigns and customers. Our marketing team has been able to see historical performance with much more ease than before. The interface could be improved.
We are still learning how best to use this system but so far it's working well enough for us. It allows all departments within our organization (marketing, sales, service) to view our customer history which helps us know what previousβ¦
