Customer service is terrible. AD says it works with Chromebook. It is not. It's only after you've bought drivers for Chrome OS and tried to download them that you'll find that there are no drivers for Chromebook. When I contacted customer service it took 3 days to answer the question which monitor I bought. I replied that I had never heard from them again. If you have a non-USB Chromebook, don't buy it

It was great but it kept sticking when I tried to close it and now it's torn and I can't open it. Glad it's exactly a year old. Too expensive for a year.

It looks and works like a second screen and the picture quality is pretty good too. One problem I had is that it's very difficult to get the screen out. I hope mine is just bad but I have to remove the screen from my laptop, pull it out of the case and then put it back on when I want to use it.

I bought this screen to be able to work remotely, with the same layout as on my desk (2 screens). It was a great investment as I can easily move documents between my laptop screen and this one. I just want to buy the larger version.

When plugged into the back of my laptop, my laptop turns off. I have to unplug the trio from the back of my laptop and restart it every time I plug it in. I give up. I contacted the company and they didn't answer me. This only works by unplugging it from my laptop. If the company responds to my query and provides instructions on how to get this thing to work while connected to my laptop, I'd be more than happy to change my rating.
