We chose B&W over 'competitor' because we have a B&W steering system in an older car and it's a great, durable and reliable one System was - it's SO easy to slide in/out of our 2020 Ram 3500, so nice to have this prep group already in the car so all we had to do was tow that!

Very high quality and built like a tank. More balls than you'll ever need. I like not having to worry about my charge, just plug and go. The chain connectors work great and are easy to plug in and out. Oh yes, the Everything Case is the perfect addition to keep everything together when not in use!

Exceeds factory performance. Easier to use when removing the hitch from the truck, especially in freezing weather. I'd rather have an entire black and white gooseneck setup and am considering swapping out the factory hitch. That's a great compromise. Saved me some money from not being able to take out the factory trash.

Great product and great seller. The ball and zip ties are perfect for my 2018 puck system and work great. The plastic case it came in was damaged and a bit unusable, too bad. In defense of truckpro: the outer box is undamaged, obviously a manufacturer issue. However, I contacted truckpro and they asked me to send a photo of the suitcase and before I could send them the photo the new suitcase was on my doorstep. I spoke to a lady at a black and white kiosk at a Las Vegas Cowboys Christmas event. She was very helpful. I looked at the Mopar and Curt version but didn't like the lever at the top of the ball. I used my B&W for the first time a few days ago. I am impressed with the ease of installation and disassembly. It's a safe lock so I know it won't come loose and I'm thinking of locking the ball in the hitch like hitch plates under a bed with a bar in the wheel arch. That should be enough for me. All…

I like that I don't have to get my hands dirty to get the ball out, I also like that the handle/lock isn't part of the ball itself like reese and curt, i think with all that weight twisting the top of the ball it won't carry well if the ball has a button or tab which is why you went with that one. The hard case folds up easily. in my tool box and make sure all the parts are in one place when you need them. Works great on our 2016 Ram 3500 to tow our 20,000 lb gooseneck with trailer and gear.

Heavy-duty ball and chain eyelets! Hands down the most reliable set I have ever seen or used.
