    Good shorts are the best in my rating

    I ordered these shorts for my son and I think they run a bit big. Also, the neon yellow color is a bit thin and transparent. The quick dry material may not be comfortable for all activities, such as lounging or hiking.

    Great shorts in my review

    My son loves these shorts. He is tall but thin, he is 10 years old. so i mostly have to increase the length by one size which means he should have a bigger belt at the waist. These actually worked very well. Lace is required and they have a lanyard. Would buy again.

    They are true to size but from the photo I expected them to be at least above the knee. They were mid-thigh so I had to send them back.

    I like the length - slightly longer than some of the others.

    I ordered a large size for 9 years. The waist is true to size, it is 10/12. Love the length - slightly longer than some of his other shorts which is really nice.

    The waist is narrow so perfect for skinny guys.

    Bought a size 14/16 for a skinny 13 year old 5 foot 2100 lb boy. I like the shorts because the waist is unusually skinny allowing the shorts to stay on without tightening the drawstring at the waist. I will buy him more of these. However, the waist is too small for an 11 year old boy of average build, 5ft 2in, 110lbs who normally wears a size 14/16 and tightens the drawstring at the waist to put the shorts on.

    Good quality and great colors.

    They worked well for our 12 year old son when he ran cross country this year. Many colors to choose from. They were not transparent and long enough for him, reaching just above his knees. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.

    My boy loves these shorts. They are well made for their price. The only downside is that they are a bit small compared to other brands of the same size so they don't last much longer.

    Shorts work well for skinny, leggy teens. It's hard to find shorts that are long enough but not too big around the waste. These are for my son.

    NO SIZE CHART. Good luck sizing

    These shorts were good when they arrived but I had to guess the size as there was no size chart! WHY? My son's waist is 23.5 inches so he is still a size 7 but would like to wear a size 8 as well. The little one was very baggy on him (like a size 10). Material is thin but feels durable like running shorts (no mesh). It would be perfect if they were the right size.
