💦 Tsurumi LB-480A: Portable Dewatering Pump with Automatic Operation and 2/3hp, 115V Power - Suitable for 2" Discharge Review

These pumps are built to last. I bought 4 of these to use in 8" drain pipes. After the job was done we installed them as sump pumps and figured they would last a few months. fell into ditches. These pumps are amazing.

By far the best pump ever made. Saved my basement from flooding again after I just finished renovating and installing new carpet as my original pump couldn't handle water the last time it was 2 months ago. I am ordering two more of these pumps. One for my pool in winter, one for my swamp and a third for backup.

Very well done. I have several of these Tsurumi pumps and they are all excellent. It has a float switch that uses only electrical sensors to sense the water level so the float can't get caught on something and cause it to malfunction. The outlet can be folded into a vertical position. A bit big for an 8" pipe, but the manual version will do.
