The product is a flat ring that pairs well with a suitable riser. Has more room to put sealant in than needed but works as expected.

No hardware included. Of course, the stainless steel screws had to be included. The only option is to return everything. All I asked was to send me stainless steel screws.

I used this with a 12" Tuf-Tite riser. I chose not to use concrete screws to attach it, instead using concrete sealer in the caulking tube around the bottom edge. I then placed a container of quick drying cement around the bottom edge.

Works well; Easy install on my 1000 gallon concrete septic tank. Attach four strips of butyl rubber from a 1/8 x 1 x 30 foot roll of Colormetrics Gray Putty Tapy/Butyl Tape (one roll) to water and gas tight the tar and tank joint and 1-1/4 inch bends to the mechanical attachment of TAR to the tank. Another strip of butyl rubber around the flange holding the riser and a few more stainless steel screws between the riser and the TAR complete the installation of the riser to the TAR. Just a note…
