My dog absolutely loves this thing. She’ll rip it apart eventually but it lasts long enough and she loves it so much it’s worth every penny.

I absolutely love this product! This toy is incredibly tough and my dog that's 52 pounds loves it. He usually rips though a new stuffed toy within a day, but Tuffy products really last. We play tugowar often and it hasn't even come close to ripping. I plan to buy more Tuffy products!

I’ve bought these products before & really liked their Durability. But 3 days & 2 dots playing tug of war — this didn’t survive!

I really thought this toy was cute, but my dog ripped it up within hours of getting it. I still am letting her play with it and it doesn't smell bad like some toys she has mauled.

My 65 lbs dog loves playing with it. We keep it strictly for the tug of war play under supervision. Unfortunately, it rips at the seams after a few weeks. This is a second one that my dog is able to destroy while playing.

Holds up fairly decent for a tug of war match. However, my chocolate lab had its guts ripped out in 30 minutes.Probably better for a cuddler, not a destroyer.

this is the only brand of toy my 70lb. pit mix does not completely shred in short order. He will chew a small hole and start pulling out the stuffing, but I just pull out all the stuffing then and it lasts for months as a tug toy like that.

This product didn’t live up to durability claims. I know the toy is marketed "not as a chew toy”, but all dogs will chew a toy even if it is intended as an interactive tug toy. Needless to say, within a week my rough collie shredded a seam and unraveled an edge. Great, fun size for a large dog, just not sturdy enough, especially for the price.

I like that it’s pretty durable. I think the cost is too high, however, For a toy that just lasts a couple of weeks. But since they both love them so much I buy one every six months or so

I have a shepherd mix and a lab mix and my husband who all love this toy. There is room for all without getting in the way of the other. This is my third one! It eventually gets torn apart but it lasts long enough to be worth the money spent

My dog is hard on toys. She can tear them up, not because she chews on them but she plays with them. I especially like the 3 rings on this one for playing tug of war with her so she doesn’t accidentally hit me with her teeth. We had one just like this before and it held up a couple years before we had to buy another.

So the description states that this product has a tuff scale rating of 9. On a 1-10 scale 10 must be the lowest considering it took less than a week for our one year old puppy to completely de-stuff and destroy this toy.We have had other Tuffy products and been happy with them. This product was extremely disappointing. The durability was far below expectations and I definitely would not recommend this product if your dog is an aggressive chewer.

I play tug of war with my boys and this holds up better than any other toy I've tried. If I let them chew it up they will eventually break through the threading, but nothing is perfect.

It is bigger and heavier than I expected. The toy feels very durable and from what I have seen, very well made. The only suggestion I would make would be to splice the ends together instead of melting them.

This is easily the toughest dog toy I have ever bought. I have had big dogs all my life and this is the only tug toy I have found that is durable. I have an 80 pound German Shepherd puppy and normally he destroys tug toys almost immediately (the one my mom got him at Christmas lasted several hours before he ripped it apart and made it unusable). These Tuffy's don't get destroyed so much as that eventually they will get a little hole which gets bigger and bigger and then the stuffing/squeaker…

Bought this for a Christmas present. I ordered the large thinking it would be 12" or so. It was so much bigger! The kids and dog love this toy! It's her favorite toy. The large size makes it easier for the kids to play tug of war with her.

We've been looking for a toy that could stand up to months of hard use by our two boys and thankfully this was it. I don't remember if it had one but I highly recommend on ANY Tuffy toy that you remove the tag as this is how my dogs have managed to get into the guts of their toys in the past.

My German shredder makes short work of all toys, but this one lasts a while. She loves killing each and every squeaker first. After all of the squeakers are 'dead', she will chew a hole in it. Eventually she will make a hole and start pulling out the stuffing. She LOVES this process, and has so much fun pulling out the stuffing. She will chew and pull stuffing out over several days. During this time, she will use it for a pull toy, and it's very strong. She loves taking her time with these toys

I bought this for my 2-year-old Boston Terrier. The Tuffy Squid was no match for him, he shreds Nylabones, has now taken to gnawing on branches, and could probably chew through a brick, if I'd give it to him - just to give some idea of the type of chewer he is. I've read other reviews written by people who have labs and have found luck with other toys, and am completely jealous. (I don't know how my guy could possibly be worse than a lab?)
