Not as pictured/described.Not returnable.

Disappointed.The hearts are NOT plastic, they are made of cellophane & textured paper.basically wrapping paper. They're very flimsy and the string they're on is essentially sewing thread that tangles VERY easily. ALSO to add insult, the seller doesn't accept returns and Revain isn't willing to intervene.
