Clear Communication, Durable Design

Based on my experience using this antenna with my electronics I can say that it provides excellent signal quality for my two-way radio. The durable design ensures that it can withstand tough conditions. However, the frequency range is limited to only two specific ranges. .

Useless Antenna for Two-Way Radios

When I tried this product, I was disappointed with the quality of the antenna. The reception was weak and unsatisfactory, even in areas with good signal strength .the only positive aspect WAS its lightweight and portable design. However this does not make up for its poor functionality. Overall, I would not recommend this antenna for anyone looking for reliable two-way communication..

Shockingly good - accessory

I tested it on the dyno in my car. This is Yeasu 8900 for wireless. This is quad band so I refuse to broadcast on 6 and 10m FM with this antenna. However, in 3 years I've only had one reply on VHF frequencies, so there hasn't been much of a loss. Installation was easy. It has a PL-259 connector so it fits right into my existing antenna base. No problem. I checked the SWR and it's about 1.5 at 2 meters and slightly higher at 70 cm. I started calling the local repeaters. I have a few that are…
