🔴 Tweezerman Slant Tweezer - Red Model No. 1230-RR: Precision and Style Combined Review

This is the second Tweezerman toggle tweezer I've bought from Revain in the last two months and both have had to be returned. Not sure what's wrong with the company, but the lower slope width is now wider and thicker on the inside. It seems that the quality of forging has fallen sharply. Instead of grabbing fine hairs like my old angled Tweezerman tweezers did, they grab the skin. You are not accurate anymore. I am very disappointed with the quality and will not buy the tweezers again.

I have 6 other tweezers. There seems to be a noticeable drop in quality with every purchase. You hold the benefit for a very short time. If you send them in for resharpening with their 'lifetime guarantee' they will ship it for you and take a long time to get it back. After the factory repair, they become dull very quickly. This particular couple was instantly bored. They barely grabbed their hair. I had to use an old pair. I'm over those expensive tweezers. They used to make a quality product.

For fear of getting a fake I specifically took the one supplied and sold by Revain. Everything arrived carefully packaged and all packaging/seals were clean and legal. These pieces are AMAZING - they can grab even the smallest hairs and a gentle tug removes the hairs without breaking them. My wife and I have suffered from garbage tweezers for years and it was well worth the money spent. Tweezers, maybe a bit thin; If you put your finger between the pliers, you can break the tool. They are also fairly accurate and pick up fine hairs well. Because they are beveled, the end of the tweezers is really pointed and sharp. It's not a tool to plug an ear or nose, at least not without special care, but a tool to remove hair, shape it, and find those hard-to-see hairs you know are there, but they just can't see. Considering how expensive and enthusiastic this brand is, I was surprised that these tweezers were so lame. I keep coming back to the Revlon Expert tweezers which I've used for years and I'm surprised they aren't better given the price. The end of the tweezers is quite bulky and doesn't catch hair well. Honestly, I should have just returned them, but it's too late. I suppose they would suit a man with thicker and coarser eyebrow hair better, but I wouldn't bother suggesting this to anyone…
