I like that it is easy to use for both beginners as well as advanced marketers. It has all of my favorite features in one place which makes life easier when using multiple marketing platforms at once! The only thing I dislike about this platform is how slow it can be sometimes. Sometimes you have to refresh several times before you see any results and even then they don't always show up right away. I like that it allows me to target specific segments of my audience in order for them to get more information about our product or service. It can be very time consuming depending on how many groups you are trying to send messages to at once. Sometimes it is difficult to determine which segment has been targeted so if they do not respond after multiple tries, then the best we could hope would be that maybe they were just busy doing something else. I like that we can create our own tests without having someone else do it for us! It's easy enough yet powerful at the same time. We have been able to test different types of ads in multiple channels (AdWords) as well as A/B split testing within one channel (Google Ads). The support team is also very helpful if you need help getting started or want some extra assistance once you are using the tool. There isn't much I dislike about this product but maybe they could make more templates available?
