The tool is easy to use for both newbies as well as experts in A/B Testing. It has helped us to understand our user behavior better by running tests over time. We have been able to identify where we are losing customers or not converting at all which helps us improve upon our business processes. I would like to see more features added such as multi-variate test creation. Also it could be helpful if you can add some more reporting options so that one does not need to go through multiple reports to get insights into what's working and what needs improvement. Our main goal was to find out how effective our website design changes were in terms of increasing conversions. This was done using A/B Testing tools.
