Unreliable wheel casters

Based on our own experience, these casters are a complete disaster .They failed us during one of our BUSIEST days, causing a backup and ultimately costing us time and money to fix. The only positive is their initial smoothness, but that quickly deteriorates. The cons include their poor durability and unreliable performance, making them a waste of money. We will be looking for a different brand for our future needs..

Chrome bonnet and black rims, white is just a protective layer of plastic.

I thought it was a white hood and black wheels when I looked at the picture. This is a chrome bonnet and black wheels, white is just a plastic protective layer that needs to be removed. The description says it's Chrome and Black just didn't see that. You still work for me.
