The only upside to this frame is that it's pretty. It took 4 hours to assemble with two people, the holes the screws go into were out of line and had to be fixed (which, you can imagine was a pain in the butt knowing what this frame is made out of), the instructions had no words at all only diagrams, the tool they give you to tighten the screws was small, cheap, and inconvenient. Halfway through, the 2 tools that came with it were unusable and we had to find replacements. The feet in the middle

This took us 4 hours to put together a lot of the holes don't line up right and some are not big enough for the screws. Once we got it together I would say it's very It’s sturdy and very cute for my two years old room makeover.

I like the old time look end it also has that old time bolted together feel and it’s very comfortable.I might add it also has the old time price which I prefer her.Assembly is fairly straightforward but you have to be careful of the different size screws you use as the ones that hold down the bed crossbars need to be slightly longer then the ones that hold the grating to the big superstructure bars.

Good bed for a toddler, but not the best structurally - the head and foot pieces lean in towards the bed, so not perfectly straight. Maybe I got a dud?
