I love everything Two Little Fishies has. Their products are always exactly what they claim, at the lowest price they can afford.

I love this thing but over time it increases the salinity especially if you're shooting very dry. The solution is to switch to wet skimming and a bi-weekly salinity adjustment.

Concentrate pack. Therefore, you need to fill the containers with reverse osmosis water or distilled water. Great mix. I use smaller containers and dose them into the tank for easier handling.

Good stuff. The alkaline portion requires either vigorous shaking to dissolve all of the precipitate or a hot water bath. I have been using C-Balance for many years without any problems.

I've been doing this for 20 years. I have 2 beautiful 54 and 90 gallon reef tanks. I use this AB dosage mix with Reef Crystals and Instant Ocean 50/50 mix for my salt. I keep my dKH between 8.6 and 9.3. All my other parameters stay at perfect numbers without having to dose other elements. The more your reef consumes, the more you need to dose to keep your dKH levels stable. Weekly tests are required. Make adjustments slowly.

I have used C-Balance to maintain Calcium and KH in my 12, 13 and 34 gallon aquariums for many years. Sometimes I need to top up the carb dosage as all my tanks use up carbs faster than calcium, but for daily dosing this product is easy to use and works well. C-Balance would probably be an expensive way to meter a large tank, but for Nanos (only in the sub-40 gallon range) this is a great way to meter your reef tank.
