This bag was my third attempt at getting a bike pannier. I commute to work by bike 5 days a week and the previous baskets I had just weren't up to the task. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I'm pretty sure I'll be using it for a while (I'll update when it's not). First, the capacity is good. *Waterproof Upgrade* If you happen to be caught in an Arizona monsoon storm that fills the buckets with water falls, is a backpack (+ raincoat) does not dry. The rain cover does not cover the entire backpack, leaving the back open. The papers in my backpack were wet and ruined, but my laptop (in a separate compartment) was completely dry. I think that's just an issue because of the HUGE rain (e.g. 2 inches in 15 minutes). I still rate this backpack 5 stars. *Update* after several months of use.
