Fits my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander perfectly with just 3 bolts

Fits perfectly on my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander with just 3 bolts, 1 harness connector and 2 clips on the glove box Easiest fan replacement I've ever done Done it. Very quiet and lots of air for hot Arizona days.

Pros
  • Loads of positive vibes
Cons
  • Having issues

Great, but there's a small problem.

easy installation. Blows strong airflow. The only problem is that the air hose that helps cool the fan motor is larger. There are fewer nipples on this one. So a small mod may be required. This replaced the OEM version of the 2014 Outlander Sport.

Works great and easy to install

Easy to install on a 2007 Outlander. Three Phillips screws and connector. The new engine is quiet and runs well. I don't know why OEM costs over $150. First of all, you should order a cabin filter right away. Mine was less than a year old and dirty.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • No automatic install

Installed in 5 minutes on 08 Lancer GTS

This was one of the easiest jobs. Literally 3 screws and you're done. My old bearing creaked and almost didn't turn. The new TYC replacement ran great. Turned on and does not creak. I'm curious to see how long this will last without problems but only time will tell so 5 stars for now.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Cheap quick repair part

This was a replacement for a defective fan on my '09 Lancer GTS. The item arrived on time and in working order. The kit didn't come with the hose needed to do it, but I saved it from a busted fan, so it didn't really matter. Fits perfectly and haven't had any problems so far. It blows even quieter than the factory. All in all a good price for a simple solution to an annoying problem. Fingers crossed it doesn't rot in a month or two.

Pros
  • Heavy duty construction
Cons
  • Fits

I saved $400 - Fan Motors

I saved $400! My fan started making this horrible piercing squeak and nothing could stop it. I went to my mechanic and he told me he needed to order a part and replace my fan. $400 was the price for it. I thought it was too much so I looked on You Tube. It turns out that replacing this fan only takes about 15 minutes even if you know nothing about cars (like me). I ordered this part from Revain and it was replaced 15 minutes after it arrived. No more creaking!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • old

Easy replacement, modification required - Outlander Sport 2013

No need to remove the glove box to fit. The bottom cover has two rivets on both sides and a latch in the middle. Remove the rivets, open the glove box door and disconnect the shock arm by loosening the center clip. The bottom cover slides out. Another reviewer mentioned that the new compressor's nipple is a smaller diameter than the OEM compressor that the hose attaches to. It's a lot less. I had vinyl tubing, I cut a short piece and stuck it in the tubing, the OD and ID were close enough to…

  • Nice to use

Dead on Arrival - Fan Motors

Revain Delivery excellent, delivery on time as usual. R&R failed fan motor assembly and it still doesn't work. I picked up a new one, checked the voltage at the connector, the 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander supplies voltage to the connector. I checked the voltage under load to make sure it wasn't just surface voltage due to a damaged connector or bad module and along with the voltage the circuit could be running a high current. I applied voltage directly to the new motor but it does not work. New…

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Fading

It works, but there's a catch.

Here's the deal. Mitsubishi Outlander can use two parts. #7802A217 or #7802A277. Almost every auto parts store recommends this part as a replacement for any part. However, as mentioned, the hose for 7802A277 is different from the hose for 7802A217 and TYC 700239 does not come with a matching hose. So if your vehicle already has a 7802A217 hose then this is ideal. However if you have 7802A277 then you will find that the hose is too big for TYC 700239. Below are instructions on how I got this to…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Base required
