We always buy TYR brand silencers - never had a problem in the past. This time these jammers lasted less than 2 months - they changed color after a few uses - turned black, after a few swims they turned gray! There are already some teasers. very disappointed

I'm 6ft 4in, 210lbs and wear a size 36. I wanted this muffler to be nice and tight so I bought it To my surprise, size 34, the waist and squat fit weren't as tight as I would have liked, but the above-the-knee fit was perfect.

I was looking for a replacement for my father. He had a pair and swam several times a week. His old one was worn out. He just wanted EXACTLY. Finally found at Revain for Father's Day! He liked it so much we bought a few more!

I've been using them for about 6 months now. The fit is snug, there was no stretching or fading. The only problem is that the little white logo on the bottom of the leg is starting to come off, which doesn't really bother me. The fabric feels light and dries fairly quickly. I would buy again.

My thighs aren't tree trunks or branches, but these things ride almost uncomfortably in the lower part above the knees. My tip: go one size bigger. A quality product for the money though. If they last as long as my last TYR jammers, then it's money well spent.

I bought one of these on the manufacturer's website. They weren't the size I needed for my eldest son so I came here to order one. This item arrived first and when the direct shipped arrived I compared them. They are exactly the same so I am happy with the purchase. If I find it doesn't last I'll update my review. The bathing season is long, but they only wear this pair to real meetings.

This is a really good pair of mufflers and I think when I read the description it said they were a bit tight and almost felt like compression shorts and they are right those things are for people who don't have well defined muscles in their legs. They are so tight that I have to place them on my knees and then move my whole body to get them down to my waist. I would buy a size up if you are not slim.

My son's swim team used them for swim competitions. They lasted all season and still look good. My only complaint is that the pair we received had a bit of a tangle, but I simply trimmed the excess thread. Also the logo on the shorts came off after my son jumped in the pool to take a picture for the team - he hadn't swum in it at the time. I would go back but he couldn't wait for another pair.
