If you cook with cast iron, you need this sponge!

Ideal for cleaning cast iron pans! Simply rinse under hot water and excess cooking oil and stuck food will easily shift and go down the drain! The silicone sponge is easy to clean and the ring on the corner makes it easy to hang to dry. If you have cast iron, this is what you need to clean it!

Works very well on aged cast iron pans

I've seen this type of metal scrubber in the past and finally decided I had to try it. Many cast iron skillets are used and this "sponge" cleans thoroughly and quickly without damaging the seasoned pan. The orange silicone sponge inside is easy to remove for cleaning! I can't believe I waited this long to try something that works so well.

With a little modification to close the hole, this is my favorite tool for cleaning cast iron.

I was looking at chain mail iron scrubbers and my choice was between this and a round shirt. I chose this because I like having most of the scrubber in my hand and flat scrubbers clench in my fist and don't leave much on the outside to clean. The silicone stick made an attempt to push the hole out so I took some smaller rings where doubled up and used them to close the hole. In any case, there is no need to remove the silicone stick if you just clean it with a little soap or put it in theโ€ฆ
