Clean and sharp

Used to replace some horrible Chinese screws on a metal brake that were soft and didn't fit the screw heads. These screws are well made and have very dimensionally stable threads. Note that there are several metric bolt specifications, so different wrenches may fit M12 bolts depending on the standard used.

Pros
  • M8-1.25 x 65mm Flange Bolt. Meets DIN 6921 standard.
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Exceeds expectations for an untitled online bolt.

I am very disappointed with most of the mounts I buy live (online), but they seem to be of good quality. They have the typical grade 8 yellow zinc finish. None of these broke when installed with my cordless percussion gun. I only installed them in March 2020 but will report if they rust excessively in the future. The thread pitch was also not listed in the description. They are sized m6x1.0 - a common Japanese size for a 10mm socket head cap screw.

Pros
  • LARGE WASHER - Provides more surface tension when tightened than a standard hex bolt, making it less likely to fall out.
Cons
  • Damaged

Grom Clone Engine Mounting Bolts

I was able to use these 120mm x 1.25 M8 bolts to replace the motor mount bolts in my Grom clone (Taotao Hellcat 125 but I assume Vaders and other clones use the same size bolts). The original bolts, one 110mm and the other 120mm, were marked "12.9" and one of them (rear, 110mm) broke, causing an uncomfortable rumble and vibration. I think you could use 110mm or 120mm bolts to replace both originals. (There is no need to buy a pack of each length) but I wanted to add extra washers and locknuts…

Pros
  • Flange bolts eliminate the need for a washer under the bolt, simplifying your project.
Cons
  • Expensive
