This kit costs less than a compressor at any auto shop. After the repairs in my car, it really is like being in Alaska. No pun.

After 2 months the compressor is still holding up on the Altima 09. I have not replaced the dryer or expansion device included in the kit. Removing the old compressor was more difficult than what I saw on YouTube but doable.

I have a 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. It had a problem with the air conditioning and I thought it was the expansion valve. A lot has turned out. My mechanic told me which 2 to buy and it cost over $400 at the store just for parts. I ordered this kit and my mechanic installed it. Let me tell you, it's AMAZING! Installed not long ago but so far all parts work well. There are enough O-rings to lose a few and still have enough (phew!). After installation I had a shop vacuum and they said all parts vacuumed better than most and the job was easy. So if you do a good job, you can be sure that the parts will fit perfectly.
