I did a lot of research before purchasing these headphones. I can afford the Bose A20 but I had my doubts about Bose customer service. I've physically tried LightSPEED Zulu 3 and Sierra. (Note: the Zulu 3 feels more durable - more metal than plastic - than the Sierra). However, I found out from the owner of LightSPEED that they are having issues with Bluetooth.
