Tip rusted for no reason

Not used yet, just kept in a kitchen drawer but the tip is already rusty. It is well made but the metal hook is not stainless steel.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • A few small things

Rust BEFORE UNPACKING

I bought it to take the cups out of the portafilter of my espresso machine. But when I started to open it, UNDER THE PLASTIC SHELL everything was already rusted. It's not good to sell something that should be NEW but is already rusted. Not worth sending back, it's junk. I'm not putting this next to food or drinks. I wish I had heard other reviews that it arrived rusty.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
