I recommend making a template out of cardboard by tracing it around the valve and cutting it out first. Then place the template in the wheel well, position it at the height you want to hang it and check with a small bubble level. Then use existing bolt heads if you have factory fender flares like my 2018 Ram 2500 Laramie. Press the cardboard into the screw heads to form indentations. Make holes through the cutouts.
