I recommend making a template out of cardboard by tracing it around the valve and cutting it out first. Then place the template in the wheel well, position it at the height you want to hang it and check with a small bubble level. Then use existing bolt heads if you have factory fender flares like my 2018 Ram 2500 Laramie. Press the cardboard into the screw heads to form indentations. Make holes through the cutouts. You must have at least two factory screw heads. Align the template with the valve and drill holes. Remove the existing screws and use them to attach the wing. You then need to go under the truck and drill between these two screws. This gives you three screws holding the valve in place. Repeat for the other shield and then install the two brackets. This is how I went about installing the rear guards and it came out fine. I haven't done the front ones yet as there is no right angle drill bit. I'm sure they will look good too.
