Doesn't get warm

Very tight fit, took about 10 minutes to put on, had to cut my ankle to remove. As I wore them outside in 15-20 degrees during the day I had to go inside to warm my feet while cheap supermarkets kept me warm. I don't buy anymore.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • I won't say anything

A cyclist's friend in cold weather.

Under Armor Cold Gear base layers just work. The only problem is choosing the best combination of size and heat output. I ride my bike in 35 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Under a good windproof outer layer I feel comfortable and satisfied with this purchase.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Only available in black

Love it! best in tights and leggings

I am a professional ski instructor and have tried many brands of thermals. They beat everything I've tried for extreme cold. I had an old pair that I cut off in the ER during an accident so I replaced them with the same ones. The belt on them is different. less tight but more comfortable. Compromise. Highly recommended!

It's really warmer.

After trying to save money on other brands I've scoffed at ordering this one as I work outside in cold weather. Couldn't ask for more. Keeps me warm in 30 degree weather and the compression is great. It's 3.0 and 4.0 is even warmer. Under Armor costs more, but you get a lot more for your money.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Periodicity

Not as warm as the top

The leggings don't have the fleece lining of the top so not as warm as I was hoping. In 18 degree weather I wore these leggings, a layer of thermals and a pair of UA joggers and I felt pretty comfortable. I'm still looking for a more insulated top layer that will allow me to skip the middle layer; Think snowboard pants or something.

  • Best
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Thinner than UA Base 2.0

UA Base 2.0 ordered. Too thick for what I wanted to wear underneath. Not for active use on the road, but for the city. This men's UA tactical base suits my needs. Thinner than 2.0. This is version 1.0 under a different name as it has been discontinued. I would like 3/4 length but that will do. I have a 33 waist and 165 pounds. I ordered a medium which was very tight; so they traded and sent a big one. The exchange process went smoothly. I received the backup twin within 24 hours and placed the…

Very small or the wrong leggings were sent

I buy almost everything from Revain and have been buying leggings and tops from Under Armor for years but this was the worst experience. I am ordering a medium male size for my grandson, 15 years, 5ft 6in, 145lbs and of course they don't fit, I think they sent a medium youth size. I bought the same size for a 4.0 refrigeration gear and they fit perfectly. Very upset and disappointed with this particular purchase. I don't have time to return it so I lost my money because most likely someone…

Pros
  • Excellent price
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Leggings Under Armor 3.0 Base - Very Good

Under Armor 3.0 Base is a quality product for winter use. Yes they are more expensive than other brands but they work as expected and last a long time. I bought the XL to wear over padded cycling shorts for winter rides. They are good for 40 degree rides with good warmth and moisture wicking. I couldn't find a base 4.0 version that was rated to last up to 30 years. Of course, you can put another layer on top, but this may not be necessary. They fit relatively snug (6ft - 225lbs) but just what I
