The fit was perfect after I removed the debris

Some debris got stuck in the slot at the end of the rod that goes into the faucet. At first I thought I had serious landing problems. I took the right positions and he just didn't want to go in. Eventually I looked much closer to see if there was still a burr on the metal and only saw a tiny hard blue plastic or stone clamped firmly. It took a little effort to pull it out. Then it fit perfectly. I was so animated and happy!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Legacy model

great price and company to work with

This old blender was passed on to me by my mom. The bowl didn't spin and I quickly noticed that the bottom of the beater was worn. This Mixmaster is about 50 years old. The description on the web page gave me enough information to know that these replacements would work just fine. There was a delivery issue over Christmas but as soon as I got in touch the company quickly resolved the issue. Great service and products you can't find anywhere else.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Good but not great

Doesn't work with my Mix Master. Warped so I cannot return them.

As I said. They went into the mix master as if they matched, but when I tried to use it they stayed together. And I mean sticky and stuck in my blender. Finally I just waited and tried again. No, they won't work. Almost ruined my blender. I had to get the pliers and try to separate them. Eventually I took them apart and was able to pull them out of the blender. I do not recommend for the mix master. They looked right, but just didn't work. I am sorry!

Cons

Cannot be connected to Mixmaster MMA mixers.

When I put them in the blender only one rises to the end, the second doesn't - apparently the groove on this blender is misaligned. None of them snap into place like the old ones, they just dangle. Shame.edit - I have to wriggle my way out and eventually the second one goes completely into the groove and flush with the strike plate but still dangling. I'm afraid of damaging the splined shafts if I frequently raise and lower the mixer body in the middle of a recipe and don't adjust them…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • There are nuances

These mallets are suitable for model 10A.

I have a model 10A and bought these whisks to replace the originals, one of which had the blades broken (soldered to the bottom). They engage with a click, but seem to easily get out of their heads without letting go of the crank mechanism. They're held in place by the bowl though, so I think they'll be fine. I turned on the mixer and they mix well. I love this old blender, but I only use it for "light" jobs. The blades aren't as good as the originals, but I'm hesitant to continue using this…

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Weak

They are good but no better than the old sturdy ones

Bought to replace the original Sunbeam Mixmaster whisks from the 1970's. The thin little flanges (near the ferrules that go into the machine) feel very flimsy and probably not as strong as the original fittings, which were cast metal. Also, the single-slot attachment at the top requires a bit of wiggling to snap into place. On the original whisk, one of the loops on the square whisk was somehow bent, preventing the mixer from spinning smoothly. I'm glad I was able to get them as a replacement…

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Not the best

These mallets will NOT fit the 10, 11, 12 models. . . But if you bought them because the bowl control knob on the bottom of the cone beater finally wore out after decades of use, don't be discouraged. You CAN remove the knob from the Univen whisk and insert it into the base of the original model 10-11-12 whisk, and voila! You're back to the real business of flipping shells. So yeah, it's like you ended up only spending $20 on a knob to control the bowl, but if someone doesn't know where to buy…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some small things
